Rates
A 50% deposit secures your dates. Breakfast and other meals on request.
Good to know
Check in from 14:00, check out by 11:00. The road is paved all the way up to the house. One car per room, unless you've arranged more with us.
Every room has a kitchenette or shares one with the room next door, and there are braais at the cottages and the Manor. Breakfast and other meals can be arranged on request.
Cancel 40 days or more before you arrive and you lose half your deposit (or a quarter of the total, if that is more).
Cancel 22 to 39 days before and you lose three quarters of the deposit (or a quarter of the total, if more).
Within 21 days, or if you don't arrive, the deposit is forfeited. Refunds are paid within five working days.
There is a generator. Running it during your stay is for your own account, and you can bring diesel for it: room rates don't include it.
The property has stairs, slopes, a river, ponds, two pools and a jacuzzi. Please keep an eye on children. Guests stay at their own risk, as our terms set out.
